Verification Procedure

You can upload verification document using FirewoodFX Mobile App. On the left menu, tap "Verification"

To verify FirewoodFX account, you need to provide 2 documents and a selfie.

Proof of Identification
The document must contain all of this information :
- Full legal name in English/Latin character.
- Photo
- Date of Birth
- Citizenship
Document must be scanned or photographed in color with all 4 edges clearly visible. All text must be clearly readable.

The name on the document must be exactly matches with the name in your account. We read the name at the document from top-left, to bottom-right. If the surname/last name is written first at the document before the given name/first name, then you should register with [last name/surname] [first name/given name].

Accepted documents are passport, driving license, ID Card. If driving license or ID Card issued by your country does not have all the information, it will not be accepted.

Screenshot or copy documents are not accepted.
Proof of Address
The document must contain this information :
- Full legal name in English/Latin character.
- Address
- Date of Issue
Document must be scanned or photographed in color with all 4 edges clearly visible. All text must be clearly readable.

Accepted documents are gas/electricity/landline bill, bank statement.
Selfie
The photo of you, wearing proper attire (shoulder must be covered, holding Proof of ID Document with enough lighting to show all face edges, and a paper with FirewoodFX and today's date handwritten text. All text at the Proof of ID Document and FirewoodFX paper must be clearly readable and not mirrored. Do not wear any accessories that may cover the face, such as glasses and hat.

Finance department will check the document in 1-72 hours.

High risk notice
