My FirewoodFX

FirewoodFX introduce a new client backoffice. It is called MyFirewoodFX (located at https://my.firewoodfx.com). It is the upgraded version of the old client cabinet located at https://secure.firewoodfx.com

Client may login into new MyFirewoodFX using Email address and MyFirewoodFX Password. It is the same as login into FirewoodFX Mobile App

We will deprecate the usage of PIN in our system. In some financial actions, PIN will be replaced by one-time passcode that will be sent to the registered email. This will increase client's security and more convenience as well.

For the time being, the old backoffice located at secure.firewoodfx.com is still accessible and fully functional.

For existing client, please register at https://my.firewoodfx.com/register using the same email address. The MT4 account (with the IB/Agent information) will automatically imported.
